343 Industries outlines the map and mode combinations for the start of HCS Year 2

The developer has added a bunch of new maps and then tweaked many of the weapons.

343 Industries has revealed which maps and game modes will be making up the Halo Championship Series, at least at the start of its second year. As revealed in a blog post, we're told that many of the modes will be similar, except Capture the Flag and Slayer, both of whom will be getting new map additions. Take a look at the map and mode pool below.

To add to this, there will be an array of balance changes coming through to tackle pretty much every weapon in the game, as well as a few other gameplay systems. You can read all about that right here.
