Age of Conan: Unchained, previously known as Age of Conan: Unrated (which made some people think it would be banned in several countries), has now officially launched and with that Funcom's blood, gore and boob-filled MMO has gone free to play/freemium. There are of course some restrictions if you want to play for free, but you'll be able to level all the way up to 80 and get to decapitate a lot of enemies on your way.

The 2.6 update to the game also brought with it the solo dungeons The Breach and Forgotten City (which had to be hotfixed right away, but they should be working as intended now), an appearance tab so you can show off your coolest piece of armour and some other fixes. The patch notes are available on the official site and if you want to give the game simply sign up for an account and download the (pretty large) client.
