We recently caught up with Konami's European PES League & Digital Manager Lennart Bobzien to talk about all things PES and esports. During the intro we discussed finals at real stadiums, engaging the community, growth and improvements, football clubs turning to esports, training, online services... and more. Watch the interview below to learn all about it:

By the looks of it PES 2018 will be more esports-focused, with more competitive in-game features. Given FIFA 17's FUT success as a competitive mode, Bobzien comments on potentially considering MyClub and even the prospect of 11v11 competition, as team-based games (such as DotA, CS) having great success in esports.
