A few days after the release of the Aberration expansion on December 12 Studio Wildcard is celebrating a new milestone for Ark: Survival Evolved, which officially exceeds 12 million total players. That news was confirmed by the studio itself through an official press release, in which they also announced the support of crossplay between the Xbox One and Windows 10 versions of the game.
Alongside this announcement the developers also showed the first images of updated models for the T-Rex, monkeys, and wolves, all of which you can see below. They also reveal that there will be more updates in the future, but they haven't announced a date and whether they will be free or premium content.
Finally, the developer also explained that Ragnarok is almost ready, and that starting today the PC edition of Ark: Survival Evolved will be updated with the last part of the map. There's a lot to be excited about then, but what do you want to see from the game as it moves forward into 2018?
