It was only last week that Big Clan was in the headlines for making a statement contract renewal with two of its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive players, keeping both Johannes "tabseN" Wodarz and Fatih "gob b" Dayik tied to the team until 2027. But following up that massive and long extension, BIG Clan has announced that it has parted ways with one of its roster members.

This time it's Nicklas "gade" Gade who has been released from the team, after spending most of his time on the bench since late December 2021. Speaking about the release, BIG Clan has stated:

"We have mutually agreed with @gadeCS_ to terminate his player contract so he can freely pursue new opportunities."

"Thank you for everything Nicklas, and best of luck in your next chapter!"

As for where exactly this next chapter will take gade, that has yet to be announced.
