After being a no-show at both E3 and Gamescom this year it turns out that Cyanide Studio's Werewolf: Earth Blood will shift publisher from Focus Home Interactive to Bigben Interactive. This follows an interesting turn of events where the prolific developer (they've already been credited with the likes of Call of Cthulhu, Space Hulk: Tactics, and Le Tour de France 2018 this year) was purchased by Bigben Interactive in May of this year. Now, for more than a decade Focus Home Interactive has been Cyanide's primary publishing partner (they published all three of the above-mentioned titles), but for some reason, Cyanide turned down an offer to join the publisher's stable of studios.

Focus Home Interactive had reached a licensing agreement for Werewolf: Earth Blood with White Wolf owner Paradox Interactive, but now Bigben Interactive has taken over as publisher, most likely a result of the buyout. The game is targeted for release on PC and consoles in 2020.

"We are thrilled to have reached this agreement which considers, in an equitable way, the different parties' investments. This will allow Cyanide to keep the ball rolling on the game's development and to give its numerous fans a really unique experience, in a universe that gamers are very fond of," declared Alain Falc, Bigben's CEO.

Between the lines, it seems an agreement has been reached with Focus Home Interactive to compensate them for their investment in the title while Paradox Interactive agreed to let the license shift hands.
