It was only relatively recently that the Boston Uprising Overwatch League team announced that it would be parting ways with former general manager Chris "HuK" Loranger, an individual who has been a part of the franchise since its inception.

With this being the case, the Uprising has already announced the signing of a new player, namely Alex "Seeker" Taylor, a Canadian DPS player, who will be able to make his debut for the Uprising this August when he turns 18.

Seeker has played on various Contenders teams over the years and has found various success over that time. By joining the Uprising, Seeker will be looking to help the team improve from tenth in the West standings, where it finds itself currently.
