Call of Duty dominated UK retailed during December

And EA was the best overall publisher.

According to gamesindustry.biz Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare was the best-selling physical game in December in the UK.

Total sales are down approximately 12% compared to last year, which is in-line with the overall market during the full year.

The most successful console of the month in terms of physical game sales was PS4, followed by Xbox One, and then Nintendo 3DS.

EA was the number one publisher in terms of units of games sold and revenue generated, Activision being number two, with Ubisoft in third place. Nintendo came fourth.
