A new title in the shooter series, Call of Duty: Strike Team, is out now on iOS platforms (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch).
The game, which has been developed by The Blast Furnace (who count former Rockstar devs Mark Washbrook Gordon Hall among their ranks), puts players in control a squad of up to four customisable soldiers. Action switches between first-person, top-down, third-person perspectives, and there's both a story-driven campaign and a single-player Survival mode.
The Blast Furnace's Mark Washbrook said: "Call of Duty: Strike Team is all about giving a single player experience that is unlike anything else in the Call of Duty world in a way that matches the interests of players on-the-go," said
He continued: "By giving fans the option to play in either first-person or third-person views and to switch between them on the fly, we've really opened the doors for gamers to have a fun and entertaining gameplay experience with Call of Duty: Strike Team, because they can play the game the way they want."
We've got screens and a trailer for the game, which is available to buy now and costs £4.99. An Android version is planned for later in the year.
