Call of Duty: Modern Warfare heading to new-gen?

An image has surfaced on Reddit that suggests something call Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Collection is heading to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 at the end of this year.

The image (see below) certainly doesn't look genuine, because although it mentions bringing the ports of the Modern Warfare campaigns to new-gen platforms in the accompanying text (all of which sounds perfectly plausible), the background has a picture that looks distinctly like promo art for Call of Duty: Ghosts (but inverted).

We're taking the image with a huge pinch of salt for now, even if it does suggest a November release date, 1080p/60fps, and exclusive content for Advanced Warfare's multiplayer.
