Can your PC handle Total War: Warhammer II?

We're now just 27 days away from the launch of Total War: Warhammer II, so it's time to start thinking about maybe upgrading our rig to experience war in all its glory. That's why it's fortunate that The Creative Assembly has revealed the game's PC requirements, and they aren't the most demanding we've seen.

This rig will apparently let you set the graphics presets to "low" and run the game in 720p / 25-35 FPS when playing the campaign and one-on-one multiplayer maps with 20 units on each side.
