Capcom set to announce Street Fighter V esports news
New characters will also be revealed within a Summer Update stream.

At the time of writing, Street Fighter V is well into its fourth year, but it is still punching and kicking hard as we just learned that new characters and competitive events are on their way. On August 5, as part of a Summer Update, Capcom plans to detail what fans can expect around the corner, as the fighter's next season approaches.
The stream, which is set to include appearances from the Street Fighter V dev team and other special guests, will be held on August 5 at 10 am PDT on Capcom's official channels.
