Only two teams so far have been officially confirmed for the Overwatch League's second season - Atlanta and Guangzhou - but there have also been reports of Washington DC, Hangzhou, Paris, and Toronto getting places in the competition as well, with another report on Toronto emerging to add weight to the rumour.
The SportsBusiness Journal's Ben Fischer has tweeted that the Canadian Olympic Committee CEO Chris Overholt is stepping down from this role to become team president of the rumoured Toronto team, and the full report adds that his joining the team was on the condition that it was approved by Activision Blizzard.
