We just got the news that the Church of England has named Sarah Mullally as its next Archbishop of Canterbury, marking the first time a woman will hold the historic role. Mullally, previously Bishop of London, will also serve as the ceremonial head of millions of Anglicans worldwide, facing the challenge of bridging divides between conservative and liberal factions. In her first address, she condemned recent antisemitic violence and pledged to prioritize safeguarding and care for the vulnerable. Mullally, a former nurse and early advocate for inclusive reforms, is expected to be installed at Canterbury Cathedral next year. What do you think about this?
