Following various postponements and delays, the North American Last Chance Qualifier has now wrapped, and the final slot for the Valorant Champions 2021 event has been filled.

Despite falling into the lower bracket after suffering a defeat at the hands of Rise, Cloud9 Blue managed to fight their way back all the way to the grand final, where the team once again faced Rise and this time knocked them out of the competition in a 3-0 series.

This victory will send Cloud9 Blue to the premier Champions event in December, where they will face the top teams around the globe for a chance at the title of Champion.

Riot Games has yet to unveil the details for the Champions series, meaning we'll have to wait a little longer to hear about the event's format and schedule. As for when it will start however, that date is set for December 1, a month from today.
