CM Punk sues WWE over inclusion in WWE 2K15

Wrestler CM Punk hasn't been on good terms with WWE since he left the company and breached his contract by simply not showing up for planned wrestling events. Despite this, he is still in WWE 2K15 as one of the main guys for the singleplayer part of the game (read about how and why in our preview).

But CM Punk obviously didn't take this lying down and is now suing the WWE, according to Wrestling Inc, and demands royalties for being in the game. How WWE will respond to this remains to be seen, but it would be difficult to remove him from the game this late in development. Hopefully it won't lead to any delays for WWE 2K15 or pulled content.
