Co-op in Fable 2

One of the most interesting things about Fable 2 is without a doubt the built in co-op option, which lets you explore the world of Albion with a friend. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago Lionhead Studios and Molyneux had to announce that this function wouldn't be available on release day, and that it would be added in an update later on.

Now they are saying the exact opposite. Confused?

According to a developer's blog, the Co-op function will be ready on the 21. October in the United States, 24. October in Europe, and 18. December in Japan. The co-op function will however still be a download from Xbox Live, and didn't make it onto the disc itself.
