We already knew that Motion Twin and Playdigious were bringing Dead Cells to iOS devices, and now this version has arrived along with a brand new trailer, meaning you can play the acclaimed adventure on your iPhones and/or iPads.

The game has a 10% launch discount for a limited time, meaning it costs $7.99 USD/€8.99, or you can get it in the UK for £7.99. This is cheaper than other versions, while still letting you play the 2D game that sees you explore the Metroidvania world while always being threatened by permadeath.

The iOS version contains unique control options, like swipe to dodge and external controller support as well, not to mention Auto-Hit as a new game mode. There's even a revamped user interface, support for 11 languages, and the promise of no ads or "F2P mechanics".

We can expect the game on Android at a later date too. Will you play on iOS though?
