Dishonored II poised for a Gamescom reveal?

Speculation running wild?

We have heard rumors about a sequel to the highly regared Dishonored before, but these latest rumours are particually exciting, because they speak of an official Gamescom reveal of Dishonored II, as reported by VG247.

The rumours also mention that the sequel is to feature a new main character and will be released on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in November of next year.
