LA Times report that actor Parker Mills has sued Nintendo over the working conditions of a gig at the LA Zoo on May 24, 2013 where the actor wore a Donkey Kong suit and interacted with visitors in order to promote Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D. The lawsuit alleges that Mills "was denied breaks and not provided with the required ice pack to cool him down as he talked to zoo guests in the hot Southern California sun".

Apparently Mills suffered an "aortic dissection" and had to undergo surgery to implant a permanent heart defibrillator. The lawsuit was filed this Monday.
