Yep, it's true. id Software's action prequel debuts this May, and we're very excited for it.

The prequel's appearance at the Xbox Developer Direct gave us a lot of reasons to be excited.

We'll be back to gutting demons in May, if it's confirmed at this week's Xbox event.

Apparently, Microsoft just said "nah."

"Why would we just give it all to them? (...) And so it was only 30 minutes of discussion".
