Dota 2: Pikachu has parted ways with Team Unique

The 23-year-old had been with the team in some capacity since 2019.

It has been revealed that Yaroslav "Pikachu" Vasilenko has parted ways with Team Unique right off the back of the squad's performance in EPIC League Season Three's second division. The Russian player's departure was revealed on the team's VK page, and it was also noted that a replacement for the main roster will be announced soon.

The 23-year-old has had several brief stints with Team Unique since July 2019 and he represented them in the ESL One CIS Online Season 1: Upper Division.

Team Unique last performance in the EPIC League Season Three's second division saw them finish in third place and earn a total of $2,000. The team found themselves knocked into the competition's lower bracket after losing to PuckChamp and they were eventually knocked out by Prosti Esli after losing 2-0.
