Duke Nukem 3D has just been updated on Steam, and now offers cross-platform multiplayer - both competitive and cooperative. Up to eight players will be able to blast their way through mutants, likely barking one-liners at each other as they go (and perhaps even kicking ass and chewing gum - but that's just speculation on our part). Players on Mac and Linux will now be able to play with those on PC, and on all platforms the game is currently available for £2.79 (until January 31, when the price returns to normal).
