Developer Telepaths Tree has released a video showing off eight minutes of gameplay for their upcoming FPS horror game, Inner Chains.

The video, which you can watch here, shows the player walking through a dark and mysterious biomechanical world and people being killed by flora. The aim of the video is to give you a feel of the world that the game is set in.

Also at the beginning of the video it starts with a number of messages from the developer. One of them that stands out is 'Be aware that this is not a walking simulator. It is a tactical shooter with a deep and evolving story. The more you play, the more you know'.

The developer has given an overview what to expect from Inner Chains:

"An FPS horror game set in a surreal, dark and deadly biomechanical world never seen before. Humankind is just a small part of a hostile universe. Want to survive? Discover its secrets.
