Blizzard commemorates iNcontroL in StarCraft II

Blizzard has revealed some special news for fans of StarCraft II esports, as they're commemorating the passing of Geoff 'iNcontroL' Robinson earlier this year with in-game content, starting today with Geoff's Announcer Pack, Portrait, and some extra items.

All of these are available to every player "for free, forever" when they log in, and Blizzard writes that "it's a small gesture, and it can't come close to capturing how much he meant to us, but we hope it will show some fraction of how we feel".

"Geoff was a competitor with unparalleled work ethic. He was ambitious and motivated, always looking for opportunities to learn and improve himself. But he was also the kind of one-in-a-million human being who genuinely cared about every single person he met—no matter who they were, or how unlikely it was that he would see them again."
