The French esports organisation, Gentle Mates, has announced that it is teaming up with the automotive manufacturer Alpine (who also owns and operates a Formula 1 team) for a Rocket League team.

Set to be known as Gentle Mates Alpine, the team will be looking to break into the European Rocket League scene, and in the spirit of doing so has also revealed its roster and who will be representing it at events and in tournaments.

The Gentle Mates Alpine team consists of:

  • Amine "itachi" Benayachi

  • Enzo "Seikoo" Grondein

  • Charles "juicy" Sabiani

  • Benjamin "Eversax" Wagner as the team's coach

It's unclear where the Gentle Mates Alpine team will first be competing, but no doubt it has its sights set on the Rocket League Championship Series.
