Goat Simulator is a major success for Swedish developer Coffee Stain Studios. The game has sold over six million copies since it released on PC April 1, 2014. In an interview with Swedish newspaper Skara Allehanda co-founder and co-owner Stefan Hanna said that the game has generated 10 million euros in sales - this year alone. Hanna believes that it will end up over 12 million before the end of the year. The reason for the continued success is largely down to Goat Simulator being released on several new platforms this year.

With this success in their backs Hanna mentioned that there are plans for both expansions for Goat Simulator and a completely new game.

"We still do things with our goats, there are new game modes and expansions in various platforms. We will continue also next year."

REVIEW. Written by Fabrizia Malgieri

"Ugly, short, broken. Goat Simulator may be an artistic critique on the indie scene. Or maybe its just a very crap game about an apocalyptic goat."
