Back in November, PlayStation Studios and Santa Monica Studio announced God of War: Ragnarök had been Sony's fastest-selling first party launch ever by surpassing 5,1 million copies after just four days, and sales haven't exactly stopped since then.
Santa Monica Studio says God of War: Ragnarök now has sold more than 11 million copies. Its predecessor needed more than a year to reach 10 million sales, so it's safe to say Ragnarök is doing a lot better.
The fact that this DLC is free is insane, as it delivers a great story, new areas, new enemies and an addictive gameplay cycle.
Santa Monica Studios' follow-up to the 2018 soft reboot is almost here, but does it stack up to its excellent predecessor? Simply put... yes.
It seemed Judge recently spoke about denying a chance to play young Kratos.
The free expansion will be available in a few hours.
It's called Valhalla and sees Kratos facing countless new threats.
Making games is hard, so even this masterpiece had some absurd issues during development.
Perhaps we'll know more at The Game Awards in December.
We'll apparently see more of Kratos and Atreus sooner rather than later.
