This has already been tested internally, and good news for Halo: Reach fans, as customisation will be similar here.

In 2018 it's more likely to see a game prioritise online multiplayer over local, with splitscreen falling out of fashion in recent years, but when 343 Industries revealed more details for Halo Infinite during a recent livestream, the team said the game will support local splitscreen for up to four players, and that the couch co-op option has already been tested internally.

343 Industries also discussed player/armor customisation in Halo Infinite, which will mainly be inspired by Halo: Reach, a hit in the Halo community. The studio likewise wants to treat the PC community as "first-class citizens" and will also reward players who reach level 152 in Halo 5: Guardians with a special reward.

Halo Infinite is in development for PC and Xbox One, and while we don't know exactly when it's coming, these kinds of details are reassuring for the fans. Are you a fan that's excited for this sequel?
