Square Enix has decided to share new Japanese Dragon Quest Builders 2 screenshots, showing some of the new features in the game, so if you're interested you can take a look below to see both male and female versions of the Builder, aquatic gameplay, and even a new gliding mechanic.
It's also always a delight to appreciate Akira Toriyama's (Dragon Ball creator) art style, as it's been used in Dragon Quest games since the eighth numbered game. Another big feature for the sequel is the new co-op mechanic, allowing up to four players simultaneously, although a single-player story campaign will also be available.
Dragon Quest Builders 2 is being developed for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4, but there's still no release date available. Are you pleased with how these screens look though?
