It's been a great few years for esports action in the United Kingdom, as we've see Dota 2 coming to Birmingham, League of Legends in London last year, the Pokémon World Championships in the country recently, and the future will see League of Legends Worlds coming to London, the BLAST Premier Spring Finals too, and a Rainbow Six: Siege Major in Manchester.
The latter tournament starts this week, and with that in mind Ubisoft has now laid out the bracket for the tournament's Play-In stage. Taking place between May 15 and 16, the phase will see eight teams fighting for spots in the 16-team swiss format stage that follows. With that kicking off soon, here's who will be competing in the Play-Ins.
Only four of these teams will advance to the next phase, meaning four teams will be going home in a few days. As for when the other two phases will be held, the second phase is set for May 19-22, and the final phase is planned for May 24-26.
