Heroic has announced that it has been welcomed into the Louvre Agreement and the ESL Pro League, making it one of 14 partnered Counter-Strike: Global Offensive teams.
As announced on Twitter, this means that Heroic is able to provide a better fan experience and is also able to participate in various collaborations with other partnered teams.
This all comes following a bit of a delayed procedure, which formerly saw FURIA and BIG Clan added as partnered teams a few months back. As for why Heroic's application was delayed, that was due to an investigation into the team revolving around a coach using a spectator bug to influence games. This investigation has since been concluded, and saw said coach receiving a one-year suspension, while the rest of the team and organisation was cleared, hence the completion of the application now.
