Homefront: The Revolution was released in Europe today, but gamers and reviewers alike have been criticising the game for its myriad of technical issues and bugs.

Thankfully, Deep Silver Dambuster, the studio behind the game, has promised to get these kinks ironed out asap.

It's a bit of an issue that we're seeing them pledging to fix the game after its release, but unfortunately this is a trend we have been seeing with a few games as of late. That said, it's fairly well documented that the development process for Homefront has been a struggle.

The community manager at Dambuster, Craig Turner, spoke out today on the games official forums, saying that "performance - particularly frame rate - is not currently where we want it to be, and we are working on additional patches to help address these issues and more."

Homefront: The Revolution released in Europe today for PS4, PC, and Xbox One, though it might be a good idea to wait until these bugs have been ironed out.
