Huge expectations for Gears 3
20.000 stores ready for midnight launch

You might have heard of a little game called Gears of War 3, and you might also have heard that it is expected to sell more than a few copies. What you might not have heard is that Microsoft is apparently going completely bonkers for the launch of the game, and is therefore now reporting that more than 20.000 stores worldwide will be open for a midnight launch of the game.
MCV reports that in the UK alone, 479 Game and Gamestation stores will be ready to service every fan of the series at 00:01 on Tuesday, September 20th.
