ESL Gaming has announced that following the massive amount of support that Intel Extreme Masters Rio 2022 has received, the event will be expanding rather significantly. So much so that IEM Rio is growing from four to 12 days, and will even welcome more fans than expected - around 100,000 over the period that the event is active. Also, the IEM Rio experience is expanding as well, and will now feature ESL Counter-Strike: Global Offensive's first ever 360-degree stage.

So, essentially, the event will now be stretching from October 31 until November 13, meaning the Challengers, Legends, and Champions stages will all be available for fans to attend and check out, and in a way that is ever more consumer-friendly.

To add to this, tickets for the premier tournament will also be going live today, meaning it won't be too long until you can look to get your visit to the tournament booked in.
