Journey
Journey is still in the works for PS4
"It won't be announced until it's been completed".

In a blog post on PS Blog back last August, Sony announced that Journey is making its way PlayStation 4.
Since then, we haven't received any news about this new-gen port (developed by Tricky Pixels), so a fan wrote to Thatgamecompany on Twitter, asking if the game is still on works. And the company replied: "Tricky Pixels is still working on the port, and it won't be announced until it's been completed, but it's not too far off."
So, we have to wait a little while longer.
