League of Legends: Wild Rift preview event to take place on Twitch Rivals

The event will be hosted by Verizon, and will feature a variety of celebrities and influencers.

Verizon has announced that it will be hosting a preview event for League of Legends: Wild Rift on Twitch Rivals. The event is set to bring a variety of celebrities and influencers together, to play the new title on a series of iPhone 12s and iPhone 12 Pros, all using Verizon's 5G network.

The event of which will take place on Thursday, October 22, will begin at 9:30PM EST (2:30AM BST), meaning interested fans across Europe will have to prepare for a late one to watch this event.

Invited personalities are as follows:

- William "Meteos" Hartman
- Emmalee "EMUHLEET" Garrido
- Claudio "Cesaro" Castagnoli
- FaZe Apex
- Nate Hill
- Joe Manganiello
