While the 2023 League of Legends EMEA Championship season has only just kicked off with the Winter Split, Riot has already turned its attention to the Season Finals, which will come in the summer.

To this end, the game company has revealed where the Season Finals will be held, which will be trading 2022's Swedish venue for one in France instead in 2023. The Season Finals will be heading to Montpellier, France to hold competition at the Sud de France Arena in the region.

"With such a large and spirited LoL Esports fan base in France, we're delighted to bring our roadshow back to the country for the first time since 2017, by hosting our showpiece event in Montpellier in the Occitanie region," said Alberto Guerrero, Head of Esports, EMEA at Riot Games. "The city and region were extremely impressive throughout the host city vetting process and their passion and commitment to growing the gaming and esports industries was very evident."

Aside from this venue, we're not told any more information regarding the Season Finals, as Riot simply notes otherwise that further details will be dished out in the coming months.
