First unveiled at CES 2023, the upcoming LG G3 OLED TV looks to be a truly next-gen panel, utilising a Micro Lens Array in order to boost its brightness past that of competing screens such as the Samsung S95C.
A Micro Lens Array is a new technology that uses billions of tiny convex lenses placed over the pixels of an OLED panel to boost brightness by up to 150% when compared to regular OLED TVs.
On top of this, the G3 OLED also uses a brightness-boosting algorithm and Super Anti Reflective coating, which will again give us even more brightness will reducing the amount of reflections on the screen by around 25%.
As well as the enhanced visuals, the G3 brings us another improvement in its audio, with sound that's now calibrated to better fit the content you're watching. An Auto Balance feature will also better fit high and low sounds to the TV's speakers.
