The X-Men are heading to the small screen. US Television network Fox has announced that they're teaming up with Marvel to create a TV series based on the X-Men property.
The show will center around two parents who are forced to flee their home and run from the government when they discover that their children are mutants.
The new show will be written by Burn Notice creator Matt Nix. Bryan Singer, director of several X-Men films, is on board as executive producer, and heavyweight comic book writer Joseph Loeb is also involved.
There's no timeline for filming or release of the new series as of yet.
