Medal of Honor open beta launches

Between October 4th and 7th

EA will be running a Medal of Honor open beta for three days starting October 6th, with the intention of "clearing up misunderstandings" about the modern day Afghanistan setting.

"We hope that by offering the multiplayer open beta," hopes EA's Frank Gibeau, "we can clear up any misunderstanding about the patriotism and respect that are the foundation of this game. The Medal of Honor franchise has always shown extraordinary reverence for American and Allied soldiers - this game is no exception."

Two maps will feature in the beta, with the full game releasing on PC, PS3 and 360 on October 15th.
