British team Millenium emerged victorious in this past weekend's open Call of Duty Challenge Division Tier 2 event. A grand total of 191 teams joined the fray, but it came down to Millenium and Spanish side Baskonia Esports, who duked it out over four maps.

Millenium took the first round, a game of Hardpoint, with the score 250-149 while Baskonia won the second round, Search & Destory, 6-3. The third round was nowhere near as close, as Millenium crushed their opponents 20-5 in Uplink, and sealed the deal with a 5-1 game of Capture the Flag.

While top tournament finishes are business as usual for Millenium, it was a stand-out performance by the Spanish squad, beating teams like current EU rulers Team Infused on their way to the finals. Baskonia Esports is the esports division of Spanish Basketball club Saski-Baskonia.

Millenium takes home a cash payout of $2000 for their win, along with 500 CWL Points for each of their players. Baskonia gets a $1000 along with 300 CWL points per player.
