Mirage has decided to make a few changes to its Rainbow Six: Siege team, following failing to make it to the quarterfinals of the Jönköping Major 2022. The esports organisation has announced that both coach and assistant coach Cristian "Guerra" Guerra and Zachary "Nyx" Thomas are leaving the team, and that Tyler "Kento" Ross will be moving to the bench and will no longer be part of the active roster.

There has been no mention as to where either coach will be heading to next, or if Kento will be exploring other options now that he has been removed from the active roster.

Likewise, Mirage has not yet made any further signings to replace the two coaches that are moving on.
