TV network MSG Networks has announced a show called Knicks Gaming, which as you might expect from the name will feature Knicks Gaming throughout their time in the debut season of the NBA 2K League as part of 30-minute shows on Tuesday nights at 22:00, starting next week.

In the show we'll see Knicks Gaming - the official NBA 2K League team of The Madison Square Garden Company, of which MSG Networks is a spin-off - journey through the league, including profiling the six players. Actor Jerry Ferrara, the team's Head Scout and Creative Consultant, will also be present in the series, alongside fans and other personalities. The series will feature behind-the-scenes footage as expected, not to mention analysis and commentary of the games.

"MSG Networks is excited to bring viewers and gamers unique access to New York's newest professional franchise, Knicks Gaming," said Kevin Marotta, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Content Strategy at MSG Networks. "With the dramatic rise in popularity of eSports, we have a great opportunity to share with fans all the behind-the-scenes interaction among the team, and their weekly preparation for games."

What's more is we'll also get a deeper look at the Knicks Gaming Training Center at MSG Networks' corporate headquarters in New York, although don't worry if you can't watch on MSG Networks, as you can also watch on the MSG Go video on demand platform too.

With Eleague doing similar TV documentaries on esports in recent years, is this a trend you'd like to see continue?
