War is a subject matter that's often depicted in video games, but in My Memory of Us, war is simply the backdrop for the story of the friendship between a young boy and a young girl. We had a chat with lead level designer Łukasz Janczuk from Juggler Games to learn more about the intriguing "one player co-op" adventure with stealth, puzzle, and platforming elements.
"You control two characters and whenever you want you can connect them into a pair and share their skills", explains Janczuk.
"You are using both characters to solve problems, sometimes you have to separate them, sometimes you have to connect them. The girl can run fast so whenever there is a threat if they connect they can run away, the boy is stealthy so they can avoid danger or outsmart the enemies."
My Memory of Us is scheduled for release during the third quarter this year on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
