New Super Mario Bros. 2 DLC

Three new course packs have been announced by Nintendo for the 3DS platform game, New Super Mario Bros. 2, with one released today and the others to following in the coming weeks.

The Gold Rush pack launches today, and Nintendo are trying to make things more fun by increasing the amount of coins to collect, with players aiming for the target of 30,000.

The second pack, Coin Challenge, is all about rankings and top scores. There will be worldwide leader boards for competitive types to aim at. The Nerve-Wrack pack is described as the toughest challenge yet, with the difficulty ramped all the way up. Probably not suitable for casual players.

Gold Rush is out now, Coin Challenge is coming at the end of October, with Nerve-Wrack arriving at the end of November.
