This week is a big one for video game publisher Daedalic Entertainment, as it has four unique and interesting titles all set to debut, on top of holding a massive Publisher Sale on Steam where almost all of its games will be up to 90% off.

You'll be able to pick up games such as Children of Silentown, JARS, Wildcat Gun Machine, Inkulinati, the four new games we'll touch on more in a moment, and much, much more. So with an array of deals on individual games and downloadable content, plus various discounted bundles, you won't want to miss out on this super sale.

But as for the four new games that are arriving this week, these range between an 80s neo-noir board-game-inspired strategy title to a 2D co-op submarine simulator, all on top of a post-apocalyptic puzzler and even a magical management simulator, there really is something for everyone. So, with these four games coming up, here's a quick look at why you should be excited about each title.

Barotrauma

Coming from developers FakeFish and Undertow Games, Barotrauma is a 2D cooperative submarine simulator set on Jupiter's moon, Europa. Featuring survival horror elements, the idea of this title is to steer and command your submarine, all while overcoming a plethora of problems, including vile monsters that have climbed aboard and countless mechanical issues. The main aim is to stop the Barotrauma from being destroyed, but the exploration, crafting, and creation elements will no doubt do their best to keep you focussed on more than just survival.

Life of Delta

Picking up on Barotrauma's sci-fi style, Life of Delta takes us to a post-apocalyptic future to jump into the shoes of an adorable robotic protagonist. Set after a Great War that has wiped out humanity, this tale sees the little Delta attempting to survive in this harsh world while simultaneously searching and leading a rescue expedition to save his lost friend. With over 50 puzzles to solve, 28 hand painted levels to journey across, and a bunch of characters each craving a chance to tell you their unique story, Life of Delta is one for the point-and-click adventure fans.

Potion Tycoon

Have you ever wondered about the economics of running a magic shop? If so, Snowhound Games' Potion Tycoon could be the perfect game for you. The idea in this title is to build your own magical emporium from the ground up. This includes every aspect of running the shop, such as managing resources, setting production lines, mixing the potions, and then of course setting the prices to strategically outwit rival stores. You'll need to be business savvy, but assuming you have the knack for it, the sky's the limit in this simulation title.

Rough Justice: '84

We've looked at running a submarine and running a magic shop, but what about running a security agency? Rough Justice: '84 is an 80s neo-noir board-game-inspired strategy title that tasks players with navigating the pitfalls of operating a security firm. You'll need to grapple with hiring the right folk and deploying them on the most suitable jobs, all on top of dealing with shady individuals, and all manner of gritty tasks, such as fugitive recovery and repossession cases. If you think you have the nerve and demeanour for this line of work, Rough Justice: '84 is one to watch out for.
