Nintendo left the 3DS out of their digital press conference, focusing exclusively on Nintendo Switch (Fire Emblem Warriors aside). Even the unexpected Metroid: Samus Returns showed up a few minutes later. But there were some new announcements afterwards, including the new puzzle game, Sushi Striker: The Way of Sushido.
The base mechanic is simple; eat sushi and throw plates to your opponent. This is a fast-paced puzzle game designed for the touch screen. You have to select plates of the same colour and stack them up before throwing them for a bigger combo.
Sushi Striker includes multiplayer for two people, and it will be out in the west in 2018.
