This past weekend has been highlighted by the Call of Duty League Championship Weekend and also Evo 2022, but the North American-based esports scene also saw the next Major in the Halo Championship Series being held, with this being the NA Super 2022 tournament.

While this wasn't a physical event, the online tournament did see a bunch of the best teams from around North America competing for a share of the $125,000 prize pool and also for slots in the Orlando Major, which will actually be a physical tournament.

As for who won the NA Super 2022, that ended up being OpTic Gaming, who defeated Gamers First in the finals to take the tournament. This also came after OpTic proved itself as the team to beat, by never actually losing a single match over the course of the entire tournament.

As for when the Orlando Major is set for, this tournament will be held between September 23-25, and will see the top teams from all around the world competing for a share of a $250,000 prize pool, and also for World Championship spots.
