Last August we got the news that Outlast 2 had been pushed into the first quarter of 2017. Now it turns out that Red Barrels needs even more time, but at least we now know when we'll be scared senseless on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
The developer has announced that the game won't make the first quarter, but now is set to launch on April 25 (Update: the studio wrote April 25 on Twitter, but we've also received a press release suggesting it'll land on April 28). That gives them a bit more time to add spit and polish, and perhaps it gives them a bit more distance between Outlast 2 and Resident Evil 7: Biohazard.
